KW AccessAbility Activities December 15 to 18
We are holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) next Tuesday December 16. We hope to see a lot of our members participate in this important meeting, where you will hear about the financial well-being of our agency and and also the personal perspectives by the Executive Director, Phirst Link Manager & Board Chair. The meeting is held at our office and virtually on Zoom for those who are unable to attend in person. It only happens once a year so plan to attend and stay informed about your agency!
Next week will be the final week of activities for 2025. The KW AccessAbility Office will be closed from Friday December 19 until Sunday January 4 and will re-open on Monday January 5th.
Please let the office know which events you are planning to attend so that we can plan accordingly! You can either call the office at 519-885-6640 or send us an email!

In The Kitchen - Banana Bread
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
We've been doing a lot of Cooking in recent months, so we thought we would try baking for a change. The group is exited to make Letty's Easy Banana Bread recipe. Then while it's baking, we'll talk about events in January (aka a Planning Meeting - see next event). Event Cost is $5.00.

At the KWA office and on Zoom - We're looking ahead to the events we can do in January. We need your input so that we can put together a great calendar of events. Whether you've never played before and just want to try your hand at this popular activity or if you play regularly in one of our 2 groups and want some extra practice, this is the day for you. Join us for an afternoon of Wii Game Console Bowling fun on our Big Screen.
Thursday December 18
Recreation Group Christmas Party
4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
It's our monthly Birthday Celebration and Recreation Group Christmas Party all rolled into one great event! Join us to celebrate our members who were born in December and enjoy it all in a festive Christmas atmosphere. Cost is $5.00
