Regularly Scheduled Events

Our recreation events are member-driven. We hold monthly planning meetings during which you can help us create an event schedule. We try to reflect a broad range of interests and welcome your input, and we also encourage members to try new activities! We have a series of popular events that run regularly, such as:

• Wii Bowling

  • Nintendo Game Console bowling on our big screen, every Wednesday. To join a group that plays every other week, call the office.

• Birthday Parties

  • We celebrate the members who have a birthday each month. 

  • We have themed parties when there is a special day during the month, like Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, St. Patrick's Day, and Oktoberfest.

  • It's a great time to socialize, have a meal and of course birthday cake.

• In The Kitchen

Monthly cooking and baking group. 

The members choose a recipe and participate in the preparation of the meal under the guidance of a staff facilitator.

• Games Day

  • Bingo, Trivia, Name That Tune, Board Games, Card Games

• Arts & Crafts

  • Explore your creative side! Your imagination is the only limit.

  • Card Making, Tie-Dye T-Shirts, Pottery are some of the crafts we've done.
