Here's What's Happening August 31st to September 11th
As the summer comes to a close, it's time for a brief rest. There will be no recreation events for the week of August 31st to September 4th. The office will still be open from 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with Ron to answer all your technology inquiries.
The KW AccessAbility Office will be closed on Labour Day Monday September 7th.
After a break for the summer, Wii Bowling (and/or the upgraded version, Nintendo Switch Bowling) is back on Wednesdays in September.

Walk at Activa Sportsplex
11:30 am to 1:30 pm
KWA members are invited to come together for a relaxed indoor walk at Activa Sportsplex. Enjoy some gentle exercise, friendly conversation, and time with fellow members in a comfortable space. Everyone is welcome to join at their own pace as there are 3 tracks each of which has a different walking speed.
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
It's an afternoon of Wii Game Console Bowling fun on our Big Screen. During the summer, Wii Bowling will be less frequent and the sessions will be open to both regular groups and anyone interested in trying the game.
Thursday September 10
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
We turn the KWA office into a Coffee Shop. Come out to socialize with fellow KWA members. We have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks available. Join us to find out what the baked treat of the week is. We'll also have cheese & crackers. Cost is just $2.00. If you can't join us in the office, you can still connect with your friends via Zoom.
