Don't forget that Courtney Hughes of MoveMEANT FOR ALL will be here this Friday November 6th to talk to our members about the various activities she offers.
Lest We Forget - Wednesday, November 11th is Remembrance Day. We pause to reflect on those who fought for the freedom we enjoy today. There are ceremonies at local cenotaphs in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. The National Service is televised and streamed on CBC.

Monday November 9
12:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Warm up with a pot of hearty, comforting Veggie Stew! We'll spend the afternoon chopping fresh vegetables, blending a savory broth, and simmering everything to perfection. In The Kitchen is a facilitated, hands-on event where our members prepare the food together. Event Cost $5.00.
Wednesday November 11 - Remembrance Day
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
It's an afternoon of Wii Game Console Bowling fun on our Big Screen. During the summer, Wii Bowling will be less frequent and the sessions will be open to both regular groups and anyone interested in trying the game.

Games Day - Trivia & More

At the KWA Office (and on Zoom) - Join us for an afternoon of fun and interesting games. Test your knowledge with our multiple choice Trivia Game, or find out what songs you remember when we play "That Sounds Familiar" (our version of Name That Tune), We also have Family Feud and Taste Testing New Products!. Friday Night Chill
4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Join us for an evening of karaoke and good food to kick off the weekend. It's a great opportunity to enjoy some music and share a meal with fellow KWA members. It only costs $5.00.
