Exercise and Fitness Stream

 

Our Exercise/Fitness Stream involves a fitness routine that includes cardio, endurance, resistance and weight training as well as fitness classes. The programme will begin with a meeting with a Personal Coach where the participants set goals and have a Medical History Review. Ongoing assessments and evaluations will be conducted by the Personal Coach at the start of the participants programme and will be followed up every month to monitor focus and success, and to review goals.

Motivation Mondays

Customized exercise support for individuals with neurological conditions and/or impaired physical mobility.  Meet with a qualified fitness coach to create a personalized fitness programme, track your success, and get support throughout your wellness journey at no extra cost. This is a one hour session every Monday. Varying appointment times are available.

One-on-One Training

Fit Blast Fridays

 

This is free group exercise programme that includes a warm-up, low impact aerobics, strengthening & balance exercises, stretching and a cool down for one hour. This is followed by a half-an-hour learning session which delivers comprehensive advice, training and guidance as you travel the path to a fitter and stronger, healthier and happier you.

Fridays : 1.00 pm - 2.30 pm

Nutritional Counselling

Personalized Nutritional Consultant is available to provide one-on-one or family nutrition counselling on a variety of health issues including general healthy eating, weight (loss or gain), high cholesterol, high blood pressure, kidney disease, digestive problems, sports nutrition, etc.

No referral needed
