expansion of office on 6th floor to house computer services
official opening of P.H.I.R.S.T. LINK & open house June 5, 1985 by Madame Mercedes Chartier-Gauvin
Funding taken over by Com\Soc and Region
2 staff hired, Technical Resource and Human Resource persons

in response to Region survey we began to look at need for accessible housing with attendant care.

Increased activity, service and equipment and expiring lease stimulated the move to present location with "storefront walk in image" - June 1, 1986
